  1. The Penguin Cafe Orchestra are true masters in blending the populist with the eclectic. "In The Back Of A Taxi" is a music-hall sketch, warm, nostalgic and delightful; it's a recipe which which is turned to a weaving progression in "Heartwind". Yet it is left for the last few tracks to pull a rabbit out of the hat.
